Thank you for a great review of a great set, Michael. Both horse and rider look great to me. And Asmus was nice to make the head available by itself, even if $120 is quite steep for a head sculpt.

Except they aren’t exactly as mass-produced as one would think. It takes a long time to do that (I’ve seen the process on behind the scenes videos Asmus posted), and it looks incredibly time-consuming and daunting (very similar, I’m sure, to exactly how any of us have to do it — by hand). There won’t be thousands of these floating around unless scalpers bought a bunch, this is more like what customizers do and manage to charge double or triple the price — just for the hair work.
