I've attempted this a couple times, but since I'm not a tailor, I could never modify the flight suit to my liking.  I might be in on this, but the helmet looks like it needs to be replaced.  A helmet from Hasbro's 12" figures might be good enough (which I don't have anymore).

Or possibly the one Hasbro made more recently for their Titanium Helmets series - diecast, and probably easier/cheaper to get now. Not specifically made for a 12" figure, but the overall scale was right. No guarantee that it would actually fit on any figure's head, but I'm guessing for a female figure with flat hair, the odds might be good.

this doesn't look too bad at all. You could switch out the headsculpt for a Hera one, and have her from when she flew in the Battle of Scarif or Endor

This looks quite nice! The custom potential for this figure is insane. I'll definitely pick one of these up.

I also like this...that head is a must have.
