Hello guys
One of my latest, I hope you have been acquainted yet with the iconic movie Dracula by Coppola, an adaptation of the eponym fantastic novel of Bram Stocker. After watching this beautiful movie, it came to me that one of the best scene and design was hands down Lucy's. Played by Sadie Frost, this is my tribute to her entrance in the crypt:
I had quite a lot of fun making this one, the wedding dress' design is a blend of different era fashion including most obviously renaissance, and english1880's fashion. The costume was handsewn, the pair of hands and headsculpt were handpainted. When it comes to the headsculpt, I've worked alongside a sculptor to get her done. The veil is 60cm long, while the dress' train approximately 40cm long.
Hope she's looking faithful enough
