i like the look of the Ariel figure. Looks like poptoys is using seamless figures as well now too. Interesting, looks like a lean athletic body.

These are cool, but expensive. I’ll probably get the Scorpio (my wife’s “sign”), so I hope they continue with this and get to Gemini.

They look both very nice. The scorpio warrior would fit well in the Conan-Universe. I'm tempted...

They both seem nice! I like both head sculpts; I like the subtle expression on the red-haired one.

Poptoys hasn't disappointed me so far. May have to rethink my preorder sprees for this one.

While sexy "ancient" fantasy female warriors usually make me cringe (the absurdity overcomes the attractiveness in most instances), I like these. They have more determined expressions than the usual TBLeague crop, and those movable eyes are always a bonus. Both have striking outfits, Martina perhaps more so (if I got her, she'd be rationalized as a priestess in ceremonial garb, not a warrior), although Ariel has something that, while certainly very much fantasy, can actually pass for reasonable warrior panoply. And while their seemingly armored footwear might be a bit over the top, at least they did not give them high heels, which is good thinking.

That scorpion woman looks really cool - and I like that they are doing a Zodiac themed thing. Should be interesting.

I hope Libra is inspired by justitia with scales and sword.

Time to sell some figures cause I want both! They are gorgeous! At first I was hesitant about Martina, but it is actually a really nice representation or the astro sign.

Only the name is a bad choice:
Martina comes from Mars.
Aries is associated with Mars (Greek Ares).
Scorpio is associated with Pluto (Greek Hades), not Mars.

I hope they'll get to Sagittarius.

But yeah, gotta get both. It'll be hard to resist getting both dioramas, too.

So they are basically the follow-up releases to the two Shamans, which of course are still my favourites, so this is a no brainer. They used TBL bodies for them, too. Only this time they are using two different ones, which is refreshing! Aries is clearly on an S22/23.

No they are releasing a Witch Hunter Raven Girl soon, which is a follow up to the shamans.

Trying hard not to swear here…. Two stunning figures, really especially love both head sculpts. Together with the recent Medusa options, there seems to be proper interesting females in the works. Sorely tempted on Scorpio but then I saw the upcoming raven - thanks Valiarde! - she will have to be a sure for me, so some finance juggling and planning to ponder. I recently bought some 1/6 crows (intended as ravens - near enough?) for a diorama idea and she is just made for that.

Do we know if POPtoys are planning the full 12 zodiacs; it feels a nervous wait to see who is next and if we like the ones that are “ours” or represent our loved ones! Don’t want to be disappointed. And will they all be women or will they will mix it up a bit….interesting!?

Knowing Poptoys, they will probably all be women (even their knights are always women). So I wouldn't get my hopes up for them becoming more diverse. :/

Zodiac figures? There's a clever ploy to tempt us to "collect the entire set."

At over three-hundred bucks a pop, that's gonna be a four-thousand dollar collection. Maybe more depending on inflation over the course of the run. Definitely more if we want the diorama base options.

The bases cost twice that at GianToy. So weird! But KG is much cheaper and I never have to pay import tax with them. So I might go with those bases after all. Just beautiful.

Valiarde, the crow figure you posted look great. Normally I am not into these cheesy sexy lady figures at all, but that one looks more like something I'd actually want. The only thing that gives me pause is that those feathers look like they might stain...

If you look closely you'll see that the body is already stained. On their Facebook they actually point out that that is intentional and not a quality control issue. So shouldn't be a problem.

Hmmm, I'm probably getting confused by the number of balls in the air. I actually like the two Star Chart ladies a little better than the crow girl(s?) posted by Valiarde in a response, although I like that better than the shamans from before (less anime).

I’m married to a Scorpio and our three kids are Scorpios. I love ‘em all, but that’s enough Scorpios even for a Virgo.

Besides, they don’t have bare midriffs (the figures, not the wife and kids). You can’t have female 1/6 figures without bare midriffs…can you?

Diana, yes I noticed the staining on the figures, hence my comment, lol. Not sure I buy that it's 'intentional', but ok.... ;p

I should have put an emoji in there. I was actually poking fun at how prevalent bare midriffs are in female figures. It almost seems like an unwritten rule at times.

I’m going to have to pass on Scorpio. $400 for a “generic” figure with a base is too much, especially since I’m thinking about getting both of the Medusa figures.

Ouch! That's understandable. I'm guessing shipping is the killer for you in regards to KG?

I just placed an order for both with dioramas and Ahsoka, which saved me quite a bit on shipping, too.

At KG these figures cost 224 USD each.
The dioramas cost 51 USD each.

Ahsoka is at 282 USD and shipping in total came to around 100 bucks. Not bad!

(But this was painful... Really gotta start selling some figures now. )
