Sexy maids are cool but Lolita maids skate pretty close to kiddy porn in my opinion.

I think they did a pretty decent job on the head, although the sculpted part could have been more finely standed -- or indeed "rooted." The very reference to "Lolita" pushes this product in a specific direction, and I have never seen maid outfits like that; this said, thankfully she is far more covered up than I feared she would be.

I recognize that head sculpt from a fighting game, Dead or Alive maybe?  I can't be sure since I haven't played but it does seem familiar.

They probably should have just called it a goth loli dress, just to set it firmly under that style of clothing. I like this head and outfit, not enough to buy it, but it looks good quality and I like the combination of sculpted and rooted hair.

Typical Japanese cosplay for a few young ladies at conventions.

Actually BBTS called it "Gothic Female," presumably a reference to "goth," which is still not quite right, but anyway.

She's a character from Dead Or Alive fighting game, called Marie Rose. Although she's got a goth lolita style, she's all happy and upbeat, which made me bothered for CatToys having made a bland face. She should be smiling, even if at least a tiny bit. It would suit her personality.

That explains it. I like the face, but it is rather neutral, possibly slightly curious or apprehensive.

That may be one of the blankest face sculpts I've ever seen. And I am never a fan of the combined rooted/sculpted hair. Overall, not a design I particularly care for, but I do always like seeing some DOA love, which is my favorite fighting game franchise.

And just as an FYI, "gothic lolita" refers to a Japanese fashion subculture, characterized by elaborate Victorian influenced fancy dresses, and it's pretty far from what we in the west really associate with "gothic" or 'lolita." It's evolved a lot over the years, but just thought I'd point it out since both product names seemed to have elicited curious responses.

@reverendspooky I thought those platform boots would get your attention, I find them quite fitting for your universe (witha heavy weathering of cuuuurse!)

My girl actually had a few very similar pairs for years!

They're really fun, although I'll say (And this may sound a bit snotty) I try to only use fabric boots for almost all customs, and avoid sculpted ones. Although adding a platform and some buckles to another pair isn't out of the question...
