What is the Marvelcosplay design for WaterGirl? Hobgoblin, Loki, or Mysterio? It looks more unique with the two different colors.

My first thought for Water Girl was Mera (Mrs. Aquaman), as the colors match her comic look — but the cape makes zero sense.

Can anyone please pinpoint what TBL body was used in the promo pics?
They're not muscular like S22A / S23B, so i'm guessing those are S10D / S12D?
