Striking, if a little cliched look, though it does not really scream agent or soldier to me -- unless perhaps they were undercover at a club or casino (I was rather expecting something serious, a la Dana Scully). I do particularly like the windbreaker and scarf.

I suspect it's supposed to be one of the outfits the Chinese agent wears from Resident Evil. Her name escapes me at the moment...
