Agreed. Can anyone actually come up with a scenario where this would be useful? Out of all the animals they could have chosen, why on Earth would anyone pick this one? The last few offerings from these guys suggest to me that they are aiming at model animal collectors rather than action figure and diorama enthusiasts.

Mr.Z do have a following in the model animal collecting scene, from what I can tell.

WAY too small, even a miniature donkey would be as tall as a german shepherd dog, not knee high. And that tail! Did they even have a picture of a donkey? Lovely heads, but I can't think of any reason to get one. I actually have a real miniature donkey, her new foal would be about that size.
