LUCIFER/EDBER/BIGLAKE CLARION CALL AT DAWN - CENTAUR ON THE MARCH

Any updates on this Lucifer Clarion Call Centaur? Have any "legit" sites offered it for sale or pre-order, or is it still only listed by a few eBay vendors?

I’m guessing it never actually went into production.

Yeah, I think given all the negative feedback, on every scale forum, I should imagine this is never going to see the light of day. At least not in this exact incarnation. I'm actually a little disappointed. I was hoping to get the headsculpt parted out...the rest of it can burn in the firey pit from whence it came!

I really hope they make something like a "regular" version of this figure. Otherwise, this will have to be a pass from me.

I hope they will not want to have all that development time go to waste and choose to make something like this instead.

Totally agree. It would be pretty easy to do too. Just a body swap, and an armour tweak, and done. The physique kinda looks like the latest small chest TBL too, so even the body is ready to go.

iirc a prototype was produced, but i don't recall if they announced that it's in full production. it will be interesting if it is a seamless figure, with leather and metal armor pieces. the price will be prohibitively expensive.

Wouldn't have bought it, probably, but I'd be sorry not to ever see one...

It's kind of cringe-inducingly awesome. I'd probably be willing to drop three-hundred clams on one, if it were actually a fully articulated seamless figure, and if the production model closely resembled the illustrations. Just for the weird factor. For good or for bad, this fig would definitely be an eye-catching highlight in a collection!

LOL, I understand completely. Makes for a fun conversation for sure, when people visit and see it for the first time!

The body-horror level on this is just too high for me, sorry. I hope and pray it never gets made. ;p

If it had actually been closer to what we’ve all come to accept as a centaur, I would have been all over this. But the weird factor was just too high (not to mention the cost), that it was always going to be a hard sell.

Still creeps me out.
