Allison would have liked to learn archery. So Rissa and Medea went out today and set up the course.

Rissa: Here, you should hit the red fruit!



Allison: But that's a long way.
Medea: It's easy. I'll show you.



Medea: You have to keep your arm straight and pay attention to the breathing technique.
Allison: Breathing technique? Is she pregnant too? She doesn't look like it.
Medea: The eye, the arrow and the target must be in line.
Allison: I hope she won't poke her eye out.



Medea: Keep your focus on the target and close your eyes.
Allison: What is she talking about? I don't have a Ford Focus.
Medea: And when the time comes your fingers will let go by themselves.



Rissa trusts that Allison has understood the principle and is hitting the fruit. She also wears armour and underwear of thick leather.

Medea: So Allison, now it's your turn. Try to stand up straight.
Allison (moans a bit): I hope her hand won't be going any lower.



Medea: Aim for the red fruit. And try to keep the bow steady.
Allison: I'm trying too, but the bow is heavy.



Allison: But there's two fruits. Which one should I hit?
Medea: Are you drunk? There is only one fruit in the tree.



Allison: No, I only drank one Jägermeister. I think I got it now.
Medea: When you are ready and the arrows knows where it wants to go, let go of the string.



Allison: Jay! I totally hit that fruit.
Rissa: Ouch!



Medea: Oh no, what did you do?
Allison: I didn't! The minis kept moving the fruit.

She did hit something red

Trusting Allison understood... was their first mistake. LOL You could have made her distracted by the kittens.

Bernadette: Come Allison, get in, we're going on a trip to Paris.
Allison: Great, I have never been there. Are we going to climb the Eiffel Tower?
Bernadette: We'll see if that's possible.



Allison: How was Loreens party?
Bernadette: It was just the way I like it. Loreen grilled gummy bears and we celebrated the whole night. Where were you all of a sudden?
Allison: Lilith wanted to talk with me in the garden. She gave me something to think about.



Bernadette: Ah Lilith the chatterbox, she must have been talking to you all afternoon.
Allison: She showed me the garden. There was a cool swing there. That was wonderful.



Bernadette: Wait, there's a construction site with roadblocks up ahead. We will have to take the diversion.
Allison: Hopefully we won't get stuck. Lexi wouldn't be happy if she had to come and pull us out.



Bernadette: It's not easy, but it seems to work.
Allison: Luckily we are not driving the Ferrari, we would certainly have gotten stuck there.



Bernadette: We are back on the road, now we can go on.
Allison: Yay, Paris, here we come!

Paris on a whim? These girls are certainly spontaneous. I hope there is enough space in the trunk -- whether for their luggage or for shopping or both. And grilled gummy-bears!? Well, if we were in the States, they would be buttered and fried...

Loreen has a very special recipe for gummy bears, she spices them with curry. Every now and then, when Loreen is not paying attention, Gizem sneaks in some cayenne pepper.

Yes, so I've heard - time after time.

From Saarbrücken, it's a three-hour trip to the beginning of Paris. That means Bernadette and Allison drive about 18 hours if they keep up the speed.

So you're saying they drove all night?

I'm sure they took a nap in between.

I like the castle ruins model, even if it isn't quite sixth scale.

This is a park in Saarland with several miniatures. They are much smaller than 1/6, but it is still fun to photograph the little dolls there.

I'm sure Allison could have driven them to hell.
Possibly you'd rather be in hell than in a car which is driven by Allison.

Still, Allison's driving seems to be a great source of material for this thread.

Bernadette hadn't had her driving licence that long either. Besides, it's a forgery.

Allison: So this is the Eiffeltower, Lexi also visited it. But the surroundings look different than the pictures Lexi showed me.
Bernadette: It's so high, let's climb it, then we will see what is different.



Allison: But there is a sign that says it's forbidden.
Bernadette: That certainly does not apply to us. I'm already at the top, follow me.



Allison: That's really exhausting.
Bernadette: But the view is great.



Allison: I feel dizzy.
Bernadette: Oh, the Jägermeister again?
Allison: No, Lilith said I shouldn't drink so much. It's the height I think.



Bernadette: The Arc de Triumpf is not that high, shall we go up there again?
Allison: Sund cool! Let's do that.



Bernadette: It is beautiful here. Do you feel like going further? I think about Italy.
Allison: Oh yeah great, but it will be a long drive and we have to cross the Alps. Are we going to the sea there?
Bernadette: Oh no, there are those horrible sea monsters like skylla and charypdis again. We are going to see culture.
Allison: That reminds me, I need to get some fancy clothes. Italy sounds like just the place for that, so maybe we can do some shopping while we're there?
Bernadette: That should be possible.

Bernadette: It looks as if the mountains are slowly beginning here.
Allison: Will the car make it to the top?



Bernadette: We have already done the first stage. After Lac Léman there must be the CERN somewhere.
Allison: What is a CERN?



Bernadette: It's a particle accelerator, it accelerates very small particles to very high speeds and they see what happens when they collide.
Allison: Colliding at high speed is very dangerous, unexpected things will certainly happen.
Bernadette: Maybe. Gizem studied theoretical particle physics, she knows more about it. But since it is difficult to make money with it, she does it at CERN as a hobby.


Allison: What was that?



Bernadette: I guess Gizem is doing her experiments at CERN again. That could have been one of the possible side effects.
Allison: Gizem really has an exciting hobby, I also could use a job as a hobby, like Gizem at CERN. Lilith told about her work, that sounds nice. Like her I like to talk. So maybe I could be an ambassador or manager.
Bernadette: Now we've made good progress, but the engine has become a bit hot, let's take a break.
Allison: It's nice here at the well.



Allison: I wonder if there is a graveyard nearby, like at the one we were swimming in with Lexi.
Bernadette: Iiik. There was a graveyard there? Why didn't you tell me that?
Allison (shrugs): I thought you had read the sign.


Bernadette (shaking): We better get going, I don't want to wake any ghosts. The ascent still and we're at the top. Then we can let it roll to Italy.
Allison: Yes and buy out the shops!

So they're going on a shopping spree in Italy.

Arhian pirates are popping up everywhere on the forum, it seems.

Keep your treasures hidden, otherwise they will be robbed!

I love the "driving" images this time, especially the final scene, as the road winds away up in to the hills! What adventures await?

Travelling to Italy on a winding gravel road in an open car - some true 1950s feel to this trip.
