He is bashed from a Jack sparrow and Sideshow Blackbeard, on a Phicen M31 body. The head is a Sideshow Lobo, re-painted and wigged.



He'll Kill anyone, who gets in the way of him killin anyone!

I love this guy. He looks totally bad@$$! It's been so long since I've seen that movie, but I don't remember him looking so deranged.
