The Odinssons (updated)

Thor Odinsson, God of Thunder and all-around awesome dude, and his radiant wife Sif run into domestic issues just like the rest of us... This is the first glimpse into their private lives, out of several to come. Hope you enjoy.

(I have recycled some items, made new accessories and backgrounds, and reshot and elaborated some earlier scenes, as well as added new ones. The story is all new.)

Thank you very much, Ephiane! As to the body, I think yes, M35. I used M34 for the modern armor in the little daydream cameo with the racoon (and even that was too big for the modern superhero armor to work properly). But here's the thing, I just rewatched Thor: Ragnarock, and while they work great with the Thor head sculpts, in terms of actual muscles (especially the arms), M34 and M35 really are a tad too big, and M33 might work better after all (of course you have to use the stupid ankle extenders for the height -- I still haven't forgiven TBLeague for that silliness).

In terms of comparing the bodies, when it comes to the biceps, M34 and M35 are actually very close, and both massive. You can find the comparison HERE.

Cute. I'm with Sif. If Thor can have goats, she should at least be able to have one bunny.

Man, I love this. Rocket and Thor really will go down as one of the best bromances of all time. Although I 1/2 expect Thor to be like "Wait, THAT'S a rabbit?!" lol

Thank you, Reverend Spooky! Glad you liked them. All the more reason Thor would be impressed with Rocket as a "rabbit," rather than with regular rabbits, I think. There's already a bit more to post.

Well... I don't see kind-hearted Sif serving up her favorite pet rabbit as Nordic Stew. But maybe that's how Thor could be convinced to accept him. Although I doubt that her feminine wiles would be insufficient in the first place -- she is a goddess, after all.

Yep. Something tells me, despite his "careful" wording, that Sif isn't going to be too happy. He might just get crowned with that new hammer in his sleep.

Thank you for the messages. I do like the Marvel/HT Thor's hammer design, and I own it, as it came with the boxed set for their first Thor (I also have reconstituted -- mostly -- a couple of their later Thors from parted out parts, but without additional HT hammers). But despite the appearance of "Rabbit" in episode 1 here, my Thor Odinsson and Sif are not Marvel/superhero-based, and neither is the hammer. Thor's "old" hammer I sculpted on the basis of some (relatively) early Thor hammer pendants, and like them, I made it look as if it was done with some very primitive technique (or my remedial skills). The "new" hammer Sif tried to get him to upgrade to is an actual piece of jewelry based on a later and more intricate version of the same thing. It happened to be about right for the scale, so I brought it into the story.

Great set up and skits! Love the the costumes!
