They look pretty nicely done, although the male figure appears a bit more realistic.

Yeah, I thought these were quite nice! Nice gear and clothes.

I really don't know what to make of this line. It's certainly interesting. The clothes and seams are somewhat bulky, but it feels intended, an aesthetic choice. Judging from review of Rin (the sniper) figure, they are scaled closer to Marvel Legends - i.e. American 1/12 scale rather than Asian / "true" 1/12 scale.
Jointed bodies, clothes don't always cover the joints. And anime heads with sculpted hair. They are very stylized, but as GubernatorFan noticed, Lowe is less so. He might fit quite well with Mezco figures, I'll probably grab him due to realistic head (as opposed to skulls which became too common for my liking in Mezco figures).

I've been eyeing the Level9 line for a while, and used their female body for a Catwoman. IIRC this is their first male character.

It is quite well done. Articulation is as good as best examples from Mezco


Elbows and knees are double-jointed, good ab crunch, head is separate from neck, neck has a lower joint.
the only downsides - some joints are not as tight as I'd like them to be (but not loose), and wrist pegs sometimes detach from the arms when changing hands.

Accessories are pretty great.

I wouldn't mind more hands, but five total is not too bad.

In terms of scale, he is the same size as Mezco, but proportions are slightly different (Mezco tends to have oversized heads).

But because of proportions, he looks better than Mezco next to smaller figures - given the impression of a tall guy:

And interestingly, I don't have an impression of stylized bulkiness in hand. Just a great figure overall, and I wish they made more like this one - versatile character who can fit into many settings.

I really like that coat and the head looks great, too! But he really does look good overall. 

You just sent me down a deep dive for JoyToy 1/12 figures. They are all lovely and totally fit your theme! I won't get into it though. I managed to resist, cause I'd want them all. ^^
