Next City Girls by Mr-z

Visuals of the next 2 City Girl by Mr-z, they are presented this weekend at Toyheartexpo2024 (National Convention Center Beijing)... soon for pre-order.

Holy cow! They are gorgeous! Again! Arrgh! They don't match my buying criteria but it really hurts to not get them! I ordered one of the first mainly because of the body, even though the head was gorgeous. But... these...

I love the black haired one, but those pursed bubble gum lips are annoying and might very well save me.
I love that oversized jumper!

They are beautiful as figurines, but they just look like young girls you might meet in the street.

I prefer the second one. I like that they gave her somewhat bigger ears. I’m assuming these have movable eyes like the first pair. Very cute.

I like the second one, too, as it would be easier to add real hair to her...

Not my aesthetic (I don't like sculpted hair), but I do acknowledge that these are well made.

I love these too... well, except the shoes, but that can be fixed.

Yeah, the oversized shoes are a bit ridiculous.

They looknreally good!

The second one works better, although the wide jacket does have the knock-on-effect of making the portrait look on the small side.

The footwear on both figures looks excellent!

The heads are indeed gorgeous. Still, the specific stylization of the heads will make it difficult to use them with other figures, if one wants a consistent look.

the shoes are balenciaga's and in real life they weigh an absolute TON!
really horrible shoes, i find it amusing they copied these shoes.

1/6-scale balenciaga shoes are quite popular in China for some reason. I bought a few pairs for some of my figures.

they are VERY popular in the UK too, but the ones from the new sets have an extreme amount of rubber around them which makes them super heavy. and even though i see a lot of people wearing balenciaga, i have never actually seen anyone wearing those.

The ladies look great but indeed I'm also not a fan or sculpted hair either.

I came across this topic, and really like those girls, especially the read hair one!
Is there already a pre-order for them ?
Does the company have a website?
