Heroes afterwork!

Wow! Even more awesomeness! The place looks so cozy, and everyone seems to be enjoying themselves. I just love what you did with Spidey, he's so in character.

I would guess this must've been quite a task, posing everyone together in one frame. I struggle when trying to get just two figures in one shot. To have everyone looking so natural is such an amazing feat.

Yes! I love this one... even if it weren't for the witch's magic effects it is just so perfect.

I remember seeing some of these over at the other place and it blew my mind then..and it's doing the same thing here now !!

The comic book pic is still one my absolute favorites you've done. Tons of detail, great natural posing (something you always excel at) and I'm totally envious of that 1/6 comic collection. This is one of those photos I never tire of seeing.

Just curious are the first 3 photos here from Photobucket? Because I can see them.

I still can’t see them, anymore. Have you looked at his Harley Quinn thread? There’s nothing showing there for me.

This is not good. As I mentioned in the "forum tech" thread, I have a feeling we've already lost TankGirlFuzzy because of all the issues, and now I'm afraid we're going to lose Blackpool, as well. Something is definitely going on, and I have a feeling it's a PB issue. But I know that TGF paid the ridiculous ransom PB demanded, so you wouldn't think that would be it (unless there's some setting somewhere that's being missed).

However, I did notice for my own postings from Imgur, and this could all just be coincidence, that once the maximum size of images was adjusted here that I could no longer use the "insert image" function on the site by pasting in the url link. Every time I tried, the address was shrunk down/missing parts, and nothing would change that. So, like the "host image" function that I use for all the New Product threads I've started, I've had to do that with my own pics as well.

Do you mean when the maximum size of images was adjusted way back or in the last couple of days? Toggling these options did not affect the display (or non-display) of the photobucket images, from what I could see -- I experimented with that. As for what you should be pasting into the "insert image" function, that might not be what seems to be the straight up url but the direct link.

Honestly, not sure what the problem is from Imgur. I had used the insert image function in the menu bar instead of Host an Image, copying and pasting the BBCode (which I had been doing from the beginning), but just in the last couple of days it doesn't work (half the code ends up missing) once the "send" post button is hit. A tiny shrunken box appears in the post where the picture(s) should be. When I go back in to edit the post is when you notice the missing elements of the image link. So now, as I said, I just use the host an image button and I don't have any problems (and I do it all from my hard drive, not Imgur).

Honestly I can't help but wonder if it's the insert image function? I know a few years's ago I had a similar problem over at MWD when they
where Yuku forum and Photobucket?

Stryker (and anyone else experiencing this issue), I have followed DFC's lead and posted a dedicated question post in Forumotion's support forum. I will let you know if and when we receive a response. When I searched through their threads I did not find any info on an Imgur problem.

Finally! Looks like they fixed the issue. Curious detail: when I tried to view the photos (I'm using Firefox in Windows 10), I would see them flicker every time I reloaded this page, but then they would hide. I thought it had something to do with my ad blocker, but it didn't. Eventually I got them to show by disabling (yes, disabling!) one of my two photobucket image fix add-ons (the one called "Photobucket Embedded Image Fix", as opposed to "photobucket embed fix").

What I'm finding really finding really strange is when I'm using Google Chrome I can only see what actually were the last 3 photos in
post 1 but here using Internet Explorer 11 I can finally see all 11 photos again    in post 1 plus all the rest of the photos in
the thread and the same thing with tankgirlfuzzy threads?

Mmm. Yep, something’s changed. I can only see the Wolverine in thebchair pic in the first post, and only one of the part pics.

Stryker and BAD WOLF -- see post 36 for a possible fix (I am using Mozilla Firefox, so I don't know whether it will work the same way for you).

I wouldn't know anything about Safari. The point is that this issue seems to be the result of settings on the part of each user's individual browser. When you first announced you could see Tank Girl and blackpool's Photobucket images, I could not see them. Then I noticed that if I hit the reload button, the first (Cap America) photo briefly flickered on the screen for a fraction of a second, and then the photo wasn't visible again. So I thought is this a Mozilla Firefox issue, and tried Internet Explorer. That showed all photos just fine, but didn't have the same ad blockers and I immediately got one of the annoying redirect ads claiming my computer has a virus and I have to etc... So I went back to Mozilla Firefox to experiment with disabling the ad blocker, in case that was getting in the way of the photos displaying. It made no difference. Then I looked at my add ons. When Photobucket did its evil trick last year, we were advised to get a couple of add ons that allowed us to view Photobucket images. Disabling one of them (the one I specified) allowed all the photos to show. That, anyway, is how I got to the solution.

Did you ever install add ons for this on Safari? Are there other settings on Safari that you could experiment with?

Just did a search. There isn’t a add on fix for Photo-sucket using Safari on an iPad. I have Chrome on my iMac, so I can see what to do about it there, but I primarily use my iPad (so... I’m stuck with no fix thanks to PB’s s$&tb practices.

This is what I found: iPhones, iPads and other “devices” using macOS cannot run the PB add-ons or fixes. On a traditional desktop, laptop running iOS Chrome can be downloaded and then the add-on fixes to correct the issue. In order for me to see the pics, for some reason, on my iPad or other device, according to my search, I have to pay PB’s ransom (have I mentioned whoever’s running PB should die in a car fire?).

Ok, so at least halfway good news -- you can see everything from your laptop. Nevertheless, I have updated the Forumotion help thread about all this, we'll see what they say and if there is any further action taken. There hasn't been a formal announcement from the Forumotion techs that issue has been fixed, so they may well be working on it. In fact some of the reports about (in)visibility here since we announced the fix might suggest that this is an ongoing process, and not yet complete.

Strange... I just looked at the code and it seems identical for all images. I am reposting (pasting) it below. There are four photos altogether, 3 before, 1 after "some casual groupshots." Should be Witch, Spidey, Wolverine, Group. What do you see?

I was just looking at TGF’s Valkyrie post over at OSW, and all the pics are visible to me from Photobucket on my iPad, so there HAS to be something going on with this forum in regard to it, not just what browser we’re using. I can also see blackpool’s pics over at the old site.

On my iMac (using Safari), I can see all the pics (and I didn't change anything to make that happen). MacOS devices only Wolverine in the chair & one of the party pics.

I searched out TGF's recent threads over at SSF & OSW, all pics visible on my iPad, but here -- some, but not all; for example, the Arthur Rackham illustration that she used for inspiration to make her Valkyrie isn't visible.

I'm home. ALL of blackpool's pictures on PB are viewable on my desktop (Windows 10) on all browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) with no issues and with no PB "fix" extensions installed/used.

Will be checking on Tank Girl's threads now.

I can see these all now too! And, I must say, these pics are fantastic! Love the "casual photos."

Now that everything seems back to normal, let's catch up with the latest news... Infinity war is released, I had a chance to see it already, the most epic marvel movie ever... absolutely stunning, jaw dropping from A to Z... so fantastic I couldn't resist but buy a Starlord figure.

In the meantime, my avengers attended the movie premiere, of course!!! Hope you'll like!
