I have no knowledge of the source, but I love these. And that's a very fine female AA sculpt just aching for some enterprising company to release a (realistic) seamless body for it.

Oh, but if only there were such a company, that wasn't currently fixated on churning out floppy-footed anime-type bodies...

I was thinking exactly the same thing. Exceptionally beautiful head sculpture, only the rooted hair is missing (for me) to perfection. But still very tempting. But a seamless body worthy of her, that's what she really needs...

I'm not fond of sculpted hair myself, but that style would be very difficult to maintain for long with rooted hair I think, so just this once...

This is from a new Video game, where 2 Assassins are locked in a TimeLoop and have to find a way out while killing each other over and over again because they are working for 2 different sides

One of those games I might get just for the art style experience and crazy mindfraking story, once on sale.

Of course, non sculpted hair would have been nice, but I won't complain.

No, don't worry... I didn't see the price, I'm just making a wild guess that the two of them together will be out of my budget.

$249 on the Pure Arts website. I guess I'll only be getting the female instead of the duo.

Sheesh, thank you Hot Toys for upping your prices and lowering your imagination and creativity... now everyone else is charging your prices.
Perhaps we are starved for something a little different, but I'm loving these.

I like the headsculpts for both, well the prototypes. The body for Julianna looks like a cheapo body most third parties use, which as others have said would be a disappointment considering the price point. Julianna's sculpt would make for a great Misty Knight though, reminds me a lot of how many artists draw her in the comics.

Pretty much, yeah, the only good thing is her head sculpt. His looks like 50Cent, which has already been done before. The bodies look like junk, especially his, as it doesn’t appear he can stand properly without weird leg positions. $290 is just gross for these essentially bare-bones figures that could be bashed pretty easily.

I agree that the bodies are a turn-off. The heads are pretty nice though, as are the clothing. I mean, the outfits are quite detailed and stylish, especially compared to some offerings out there. But the concern I'd have is whether the clothing would fit better bodies, since there's no way I'd leave the figures on those crappy cheap bodies.

I don't know how easy it would be to bash these together, but I admit they are a little out of my usual go-to style. The head sculpts are the thing that really draws me in, but not at that price. I don't know all the factors involved, but I still think that if things like this were sold at a substantially lower price point, so many more of us would actually buy them, leading to more revenue and possibly more advertisement for both the action figure company and the source franchise.

Loving theses too. Will be on the hunt now.
