One nice thing to me about these Assassin's Creed figures is that I don't necessarily see them locked to their specific game personas.  The game connection is not forced, so that apart from some details (usually the arm weapon) and a little exaggeration, they can be viewed from a more general perspective. And then they are interesting figures from some historical periods that are otherwise underserved, like Ezio for the Renaissance, or Bayek as a non-TBL-god Egyptian.  I could actually see this guy Eivor as a more mythologically/historically accurate representation of the god Thor (hammer, Hugin and Munin on his shield, etc).

I like Eivor a lot, both the male action figure and the female version from the game (I hope they get around to doing her too). And both as a set and for kitbash use. As someone who has taken a stab at making a historically/mythologically-accurate Thor (with actual research), however, I'm not sure Eivor quite conveys that.

Agree 100%, this is a huge opportunity for them...and they can make both and score big if they commit. Also, maybe ubisoft should have committed to female Eivor to begin with.

Dang, and I was hoping DAM would do an Eivor figure so that I could use the HS for my Viking themed Tier 1 machine gunner bash, since I’m limiting my headsculpt choices to those made by DAM, Soldier Story, and E&S for the sake of compatibility. They’ve each made good black and brown haired ones, but not many suitable ones my Ninja and Viking themed figures, respectively. For he latter I’ve decided it would be better to just root blond hair and a beard onto a bald sculpt, as I want it to have the Viking look but still be able to fit a balaclava over it, which would be difficult for a figure with molded hair. Several Asian sculpts have been made, but the majority of them depict Chinese or Taiwanese actors, and I’d rather not resort to one of those if I can source a Japanese one.
