THREE URUK-HAI WALK INTO A WAR....

Decided to do all three finished Uruk-Hai pictures in one thread so sorry, you're going to have to brave the gauntlet to see them all and interacting with other customs of mine (except Theoden, he's pure Asmus and needed no work also Boromir is Side Show). First is the Shock Trooper, then the Berserker and lastly my rebuilt Lurtz.
(Don't worry about the missing pics, they were just doubles that I deleted from imgur and can't find on here as they have different file names).

It's great to see your Uruk-Hai complete and together in one place, not to mention interacting with your other LOTR characters. Individually and collectively, they are such a delight with your attention to detail, perseverance, and surmounting technical challenges. Of course, we had seen most of that already during the builds, but the final product is just so impressive and enjoyable -- and here it is multiplied by three (or more).

Ahhh, awesome! I'm glad you gave them their own thread, they deserved it. They all look spectacular in 'motion'. The way Lurtz's face turned out is especially convincing and scary, looks straight out of the films!

The finished figures look great! Very nice to see them in action now.

Thanks for the constant support GTF! I'm guessing these guys have become pretty repetitive after having gone through the whole build process with me!

Seeing the WIP thread is a treat on it's own. They look really great I would be fooled into thinking they aren't customs if I didn't know.

Thank you Valiarde! Well the war is in Helm's Deep but I'm sure they have a bar there although it would be a self service and probably empty as everyone is fighting or hiding, personally I'd be in the bar!

They look very authentic, good job. In my opinion, their role in the LOTR films is a little ambiguous. On one hand, they look like really horrible gigantic warriors in large masses, but on the other hand in the battle they are cut down by one single blow and die like flies.

Cheers! Well they are just lumbering muscular orcs with a bit of human DNA so they're not exactly meant to be super strong, infact a dwarf is 3 times as strong.

A mighty fine trio you have there! Great work on all 3. Keep on chopping!

Probably but I did hear they got the LOTR license too along with the 300 one, not sure if they've done anything with it yet though, perhaps they made a Ringwraith? I know the company that made all the Spartacus figures did I think...lol.

EDIT: So Starace have done some LOTR, description is a bit confusing as it's listed as 1/6 but description in pic says 1/8, looking at it I'd say 1/8 but didn't think Starace did that scale..odd.
