I wonder if this is the same outfit as China Toys, which produced some very cheap (quality) reissues of ACI or other knights and hoplites before. Some of it is pretty poor, but especially if the price is not high, they are bound to contain plenty of kitbash material.

The brass one is kinda ok except for the silly greaves and bracers. The horse is anachronous by almost two thousand years and was never used by cavalry even then. The stirrup is anachronous by around a thousand years.
