Please help identify head sculpt

Hello all! I found this head sculpt on an ebay post for clothing, as the model, I inquired with the vendor what would it be, but he only pointed me to its store lol. I  have been searching for this head sculpt through the internet with google reverse image search, aliexpress and ebay, but havent found anything similar, does anyone here recognize her? Do anyone knows her product info, or if it is discontinued?

This looks like an old DamToys "Elite Russian Airborne Troops Natalia" head with an exchanged black hairpiece. Unfortunately, it has long sold out...
