AFM Custom Zatanna Completed 6-19-20

Here she is. I'm going for a Young Justice feel.

Not being knowledgeable about these things, I had to look her up. The costume and body seem to be spot on for the renditions of the character I found, and the choice of hands is very appropriate. I wonder if one day you will not decide to give it a different head -- if nothing else, this one seems to have a perplexed, taken-aback, innocent look.

Thanks brother. Have you ever watched the Young Justice animated series? I'm going for a much younger version with her. As far as expressions, I'm not worried because I will be using a program called Crazy Face. It lets you make your figures talk and have expressions. It's pretty cool.

Oh yes, I remember that cool Deadpool video. Point taken -- if you need to change expressions and film animated dialogue, it will probably not make too much difference. I'm not much of a comic book reader, so unless it's been in a Marvel or DC blockbuster, I'm pretty much clueless.

I haven't watched Season2, i wasn't aware Zatanna is part of the team, gotta catch up.
I was planning to use S35B (seamless ankles), but fortunately DarthJ posted pics showing high heels don't fit the feet. Bummer i was really looking forward to that narrow shouldered, seamless-ankled body.

Did you soak the stockings, shorts & boots in vinegar? Are they staining the body?

That really stinks. I hate when the realization of a bash shows you your vision isn't possible. I didn't soak those parts but they are so covered up I doubt I could seen any staining. At least that's what I'm hoping for. The stocking were kind of a pain to get on and I really don;t want to do it again and rip them.

She looks cute as a younger Zatanna. I’m still waiting on my gloved white hands, as well.

She looks great, the choice to make her young is also nice tho I don't remember seeing a young Zatanna, then again I tend to forget stuff from TV series.

Thanks. I might try to order more later. I've had quite a few refunds given to me by China sellers. Stinks.

She was in season one Young Justice and a few other episodes. Give them a watch. It's a great show.
