The superheroes in Amazon Prime's “The Boys” are controlled by an evil corporation that is obsessed with money and power. The corrupt “supers” hide behind a semblance of civic duty, that just barely hides their true motivations. The only bright light in the premier super-group of “The 7” is Starlight, a naïve young girl from Iowa who can produce light energy blasts. She quickly realizes that The 7 are corrupt and starts working with The Boys to take them down.
This 1/6th scale figure of Starlight features a seamless body and has over 30 points of articulation. The headsculpt features an officially approved authentic likeness of Erin Moriarty as Starlight with light-up eyes and rooted hair. She is wearing a detailed costume with cape and an accurately styled emblem, bracers, belt, and boots.

The Deluxe version of the figure also comes with a diorama base, light-effect attachments for her hands, and a gloved set of light-up hands to simulate her powers.

I really hate to say it, but this is off even by Star Ace standards. And it's the prototype!

Overall it just looks not good. The likeness is way off.... Like in another galaxy.

The likeness is super soft, so I can't even imagine how "soft" it'll look in production. The clothing/tailoring is just awful -- but nothing unusual for Star Disgrace.

Is it just me? Doesn't this figure look like something you'd find in a Dollar Store or similar warehouse clearance type outlet for, like, ten bucks? To me it looks like a no-name Barbie knock-off or something, like a fake She-Ra, Princess of Power: low quality fabric that is not to scale, crudely molded plastic accessories, and a copy-of-a-copy-of-a-copy head sculpt. This looks like a toy-grade figure being passed off as a collectible action figure.

Prices going up, quality on the decline -- I do not like the direction product releases in this hobby seem to be taking.

Soft is exactly it, it’s too translucent I think, looks like wax more than resin or plastic!

I feel like there was already a third party version of her that was way better? This is sad if it's supposed to be an official version...

Ignoring current 'official' Star Wars content for my own sanity.

I believe your refering to Soosootoys SST041 Homelight. The likeness on the sculp is way closer to the actress, though it has sculpted hair, and the clothing seems way better too. Honestly, what was StarAce thinking with this prototype? Worst of all is it is a licensed figure... I... can't even...

I really hope StarAce will read the numerous negative feedbacks all around the web and work hard on it.

Erin Moriarty was in the news for feeling “silenced” and “dehumanized” in the wake of comments made about her physical appearance, so assuming this is a licensed figure, and Erin was called upon for likeness approval, it probably didn't help. I don't necessarily share the overall condemnation of Star Ace in some comments above -- they've made some good figures in my respectful view -- but boy howdy, this isn't one of those.

Wait until you see the price point on this! I think Star Ace needs to rethink some of their products. They've taken a few hits to their rep recently and those are the ones the fans will focus on.

Wow, you weren't kidding!  I filed your comment about the price point in my memory but didn't check the actual amount till now.  The Deluxe (which is not all that delux-y) would be disproportionately expensive even if they'd gotten everything perfectly right that they actually got wrong.  For the price you could get approximately one and 1/2 Hot Toys Valkyrie, or nearly two of Exo Michael Burnham.   At least the price will prevent people who didn't look too closely from ordering it and being disappointed.
