The likeness looks on the poor side.

The likeness is not 100% but not that bad, really. Of all the zombie movies, I naturally find this one the most tolerable. And I do like the character and the actor. Pretty nicely done, and good idea having two head sculpts.

The zombie head looks pretty good, but the normal head is pretty bad. (Oddly, Sideshow did him better years ago).

I looked it up. Not sure I'd go that far, although it has to do with industry standards which have moved on, and a very specific expression(which was not, in itself, bad).

That's the problem with a lot of Sideshow's work -- good sculpt beneath, horrible paint apps ruin it. Here's a repaint of the old Sideshow head by P@CKR@CK:

I agree. Marked improvement. Would have been even better if it were your own repaint, eh, Mark? Smile (sorry if this came out as odd, just once I had written it, I really wanted it to be a pun.)

Those head-sculpts from Sideshow Collectibles look instantly recognizable.

Yeah, their paint apps ruin a bunch of figures. The Alec Guinness Obi-Wan looks horrible compared to today, too, but repainted that thing really shines. (Oddly, this was done by Darren Carnall -- the guy who won't return my emails, or my sculpts).

Nice one. Well, talent and propriety don't always go hand in hand.
