I suppose he looks right, although I'm unfamiliar with the source. The open joints are unfortunate, given the outfit. I usually look at things like this from the point of view customizing, and it has some potential, although it might be difficult to get on a TBLeague or Jiaou.

Thats one of the Cop Zombies from Resident Evil 2/3 Remake.

The smaller Patriot Studio Resident Evil zombies are more detailed than this. The 1/6 scale version looks quite cartoonish.

Overall I think the figure was value for money, by todays standards. My only gripe, he should have come with a duty belt. I suppose the face could have been a little more terrifying.
Personally with the doll in hand. I don't feel it's cartoonish as much as it is crazy looking.
