Hello, I just bought a figure1/6 for the first time. After taking off the shirt from the body, a blue mark appeared. I tried washing it with soap and water and the mark remained.
I have one more question: when buying new clothes, how do I wash them before wearing the figure?

Don't panic. Wash it, dry it (pat dry), powder it (with silicon powder or starch, for example), and leave it alone for a little bit. It is possible the stains will disappear without further interference on your part.

Dye fixative or immersion in water with vinegar and detergent can help. Wrapping the body is usually insufficient, as the dye loves to find a way around it. Anyway, we have a whole thread on this in Tutorials, that you can peruse:
