It is a recolor of the yellow version released earlier (I've updated product code - its DH-S002LG).

And another figure in their SCP series (some background here).

Since I've grabbed only one of them in yellow, I may get this one too, compelled by "army-builders in pairs" rule.
On the other hand, they are not quite as generic as MTF Alpha figures (who took on a role of elite mooks for human forces in my setting) - so maybe I don't have enough justification for another one in different color (not that it stopped me before...)

I did think this looked familiar, but at the same time... not. ^^

Well,... the two different colours really don't make them look like a unit to be honest. And two yellow guys would be a bit much maybe. But two of THESE guys with one yellow version... now THAT could be a unit! Twisted Evil
