After trying out various solutions for backdrops, I came up with a solution that allows me to change backdrops quickly. I use two 60x60 cm boards that are positioned at right angles. Photos of the same size are attached to the boards with magnets. I got the photos from unsplash.com or freepik.com. Even choosing the photos is fun because the scenes are created in your mind's eye. Here are a few examples:

Beautifully put together as always. And the first dog is my favorite. I have the same figure, and we have some people in town that share their "training" of one from the same breed named Gunther on social media to many people's delight.
Magnets are the way to go, and I've been using them exactly as you do, to attach printed backdrops to a backing material (usually foamboard). The trick is to pick magnets that are strong enough to hold through the thickness of the backing material (not all are), and to not lose or misplace them while switching things up. And don't let them go anywhere near your credit cards or hard drive. Smile

I am impressed by how three-dimensional those flat-printed backgrounds appear on camera!

Neat stuff. I’ve been working on a similar concept with magnets for backdrops just like you.

Wow! These photos look so good!! The backdrops (and ground) definitely work. Very impressive. I also always admire your stock of props! So very well selected, creating all these beautiful scenes with a little dash of 3D in the space to sell the illusion. Great work!

That's really good and simple, great job on making them look so realistic.

Just noticed: what I thought was a decorative suit of armor actually has a human peeking out of it. Nice detail Smile

Wow! That backdrop is beautiful, but I just love your Lady Dimitrescu! She just looks spectacular! Which no doubt has a lot to do with how you present her. Smile

I like the backdrops.
Maybe there is a way of mounting the backdrops onto wood (..or some other material) and hide the magnets behind the backdrop.

Oh yes, I thought it was Brienne of Tarth, the much overhyped Captain Phasma.

ElBundy, another great scene and perfect effects.

Fantastic pictures again, Al. The shop window is really deep. I could swear all the backgrounds were real. Thanks for the look behind the scenes. I've seen pictures of elegant ladies with purebred dogs in art galleries, I think they're very stylish. My favorite is Audrey Hepburn

Pictures at the wall are also fixed with magnets.
