The figure was solicited back in July/August of this year as a Previews exclusive.  I found out about it a week ago.  After a few e-mails and phone calls, a 1:6 vendor I did business with managed to accommodate me with the quantity I wanted.

The figure is scheduled to be released late January 2022/sometime in February 2022.

Now, I need to decide how many ThreeZero Power Rangers Ranger Slayer figure I want.

I collect 1:6 figures from ThreeZero too. Granted, I don't care for the majority of their 1:6 offerings. However, I've been very pleased with their 1:6 GI JOE and POWER RANGERS figures.

The Storm Shadow figure looks excellent. Glad you were able to order it (in multiples, no less).

Yeah, I might do that… I would just need to swap M33 from the Ghostbusters cosplay (after I find a suitable seamed body replacement) and use that as the basis of the other Barbarian character. That meme story is funny, but I don’t really know too much about MOTU myself, as it was a year or two ahead of my time. My older brothers loved it, though, and had all of the original action figure line (and a few of the original extended lineup.) I just know the publicity shots of this accessory set looked cool as heck and I knew when I saw it that I had to own it. lol

Below is what has arrived for the other kitbash so far… I’m still waiting on a couple of other orders, and will likely be finishing it with a couple more, but like where it’s going.

Recent purchase, another chilitoys clothing set and a superduck 22 head sculpt. I was supposed to have another headsculpt coming too, but the ebay seller sent me something else       . I had a feeling something was up cause it took a while to ship out. I have a feeling it was not out yet but didn't mention it on the page. In the process of filing a dispute on ebay for wrong item.

Anyway, this chili set is on a 17b, not super tight and fits pretty good. It also comes with a button tool. Although for the life of me I can't get that to work properly. The previous one I ended up squeezing the button through and that took me a while. There's only one button on the waist. I haven't buttoned it yet cause it looks like a pain, there is velcro to attach the top. Lots of straps and a superlong belt with a couple of black fingerless gloves. I'm waiting for my vs Rollerblades to come in any day now so excuse the bare feet. (Phone is from my spidey figure).

Interesting set. Sorry to hear about your eBay complication, although I imagine you could have done infinitely worse on the replacement (?) head you received; this one is not bad at all.

oh this isn't a replacement. This was a separate head i got in about a week ago. I just received a package today which was supposed to be a different head, but got some kind of hat instead. I guess I should have phrased that as in I was supposed to get a second head in today, but they mailed out a hat instead.

The one in the picture looks exactly like the picture on the ebay post so definitely pleased with this head.

Thanks Xavion! Wasn't sure how it would look on a suntan body. I had heard Superduck is usually a little more pale, but looks like it matches ok on suntan.

Yes, I went on a shopping spree in these past 3 weeks... First reluctantly buying some single items, then discovering the low-cost Barbie 3rd-party bulk items. Now my dolls have 30 tight dresses, 5 ball dresses, 3 princess dresses,... and there is more in the mail!

I, too, have been on a shopping spree. I finally picked up two new female TBL bodies (S23B & S25B, bringing my total seamless body count to 5—including S29B, M34 & M33) and have been eyeing a couple head sculpts. I will likely go with the Super Duck “Russian model” in short dark hair, and still not sure on the other one. May look for the Jessica Alba sculpt per GF’s recommendation.

Oh yes, you are right - she is a real beauty! Also a bit of a change with the short hair. I have now three heads, all with long flowing hair which is wild and difficult to handle...

I think you should be aware that the one on aliexpress and ebay that goes for about 20 USD is probably the knock off head. The original VCL head (which they use in promo pics for the KO as well) was the head for Miss spetsnaz. I'd trust giantoy more than ebay. Giantoy will list it as newly released if it is available. Being as it's still preorder i would avoid ordering from ebay. In fact if you decide to preorder, just preorder from giantoy. It's usually cheaper and much safer. Superduck has a tendency to take a long time to release their products.

Ha, I was not aware of that counterfeiting business... Thanks for pointing this out!

I now realize why many of the heads offered on eBay and AliExpress are not listed with any product number. I was trying to find out some specifics of heads, but that is difficult when not even any reference to a product ID is given. So these heads are then probably bootlegged heads, and the sellers do not want to give the name / ID of the original had.

This animal set (I'm assuming based on the CGI version of the Lion King) came a couple weeks ago.












And these two head came yesterday. They both have the same hollow head/neck, but that's okay as it makes it easier to cut the necks off (especially on the -- whoever he is soccer player -- since the neck is at such an odd angle, like he's always looking up). The Keanu Reeves sculpt is excellent, and could easily fill in as Neo or John Constantine (which is what I'll be using it for, since I POd just yesterday the Present Toys Hell Detective).

Nice haul, Mark. Love the animals. I broke down and ordered the big lion and also the lion cub (same as in your set) to make him company. The human heads look excellent, but be very careful cutting off necks on resin sculpts. It is more difficult and creates a ton of tiny dust you should not inhale! I absolutely hate working with resin sculpts in that capacity. Recently found the soccer player (Ronaldo) head on eBay listed as PVC. And although I had my doubts, I ordered one, but it turned out to be resin, as I was sorta expecting. The Keanu head does look spot on.

Actually, they are hollow PVC — not sure how they pulled that off, but it shouldn’t be too difficult once I heat them up and start slicing with the X-acto.
