It is that time of year again. Wishing you all a healthy, safe, stress-free Merry Christmas and Happy New Year (or feel free to substitute the holidays of your choice).
My Santa is in play again, and this time he got a couple of little helpers, elves or something... rumor has it they are on loan from somewhere else
Nevertheless, the Galaxy is an exceedingly big place for one Santa (or one guild of Santas) to cover, so the benevolent Master of this Universe, the Galactic Emperor has temporarily lifted the incarceration order of intergalactic superstar Gridney Daggers (see here and here) and commissioned her to act as host for the yearly Christmas programming. She is assisted, as always, by her loyal troupe of inimitable performers, the Magic Maulrats.
Gridney and the Magic Maulrats are set to perform a series of traditional Christmas carols during the halftime intermission within the main program.
Gridney's indomitable talents extend to moving non-instrumental performances of refined Classical pieces from the Toccata and Fugue in D Minor to the Dance of the Sugarplum Fairies.
The evening promises to be good wholesome family fun of profoundly spiritual nature.
As for the main program, in the grand tradition of holiday reruns, audiences will be delighted with a presentation of now traditional classics, assembled in one place for convenience:
Star Wars Christmas (NOT that Holiday Special!) reruns
Sit back and enjoy. Hopefully you will be profoundly moved. Better yet, giggle.
