You could try heeled boots for pegs, like these.

This is the type I mean:

I ask because I was going through and putting together each of my Anakin figures today, and realised to my dismay that I'm missing the neck peg for one of my HT Ani's (I have two of the RotS Ani's, one is the original figure, the other is a reconstituted one I kitbashed). I had removed the neck adapter thingie from the inside of the neck when I was fixing the hair on the rooted-hair headsculpt, and I must have misplaced it. Very frustrating, as it's the specific HT one, which is now almost impossible to replace since it's not available parted-out. Just trying to figure out if a generic one will work or if it really has to be an HT one (if so, I'm screwed).

Not sure but it looks like a YMtoys one too me.
Just did a fast goggle pictureing. Maybe this one? The promos always look significantly different in paint than the actual products with YMtoys heads.

Hope that helps.

Yes, the S38-S39 bodies would probably be the biggest challenge to clothe, given their larger curves and breasts. I don't think they feature in that particular topic, but here is one example, with a fairly simple dress from eBay.
This is the dress:

skywalkersaga wrote:Bit of an odd question, but I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas of where I could source a 3D 'flame' that a figure could hold in their hands, something like this:

It doesn't need to actually glow or have an LED light in it, I'm mainly just looking for some plastic flames in a similar shape. I've encountered 'fire' effects for use on diorama bases, but they all seem to be the wrong size or shape to hold in the hands like that.
