Thanks for the ideas, will look at the mentioned places. Who knows...

I can do that, no problem.Stryker2011 wrote:Not so much a help me find, as a Help Me ( . I managed to get ahold of 2 sets of 1:1 replicas of real Old West playing cards; I’m wondering if someone out there would be willing to help me shrink them down to 1:6 scale if I can get you high quality scans of them? If not, no worries.

Speaking of which, you still have some wallpaper to pick out for me, no?
No problem. Will be happy to do it. Glad you got real wallpaper. The images we were discussing were very low resolution and would have needed reconstituting the design, then aging it, etc.Stryker2011 wrote:GubernatorFan wrote:I can do that, no problem.Stryker2011 wrote:Not so much a help me find, as a Help Me ( . Oh yes. Sorry. I did manage to actually get some recreation wallpaper from Etsy. It’s even printed on actual “wallpaper”. I’m probably going to have to order some more at some point. I’m waiting on doors and windows from the Ukraine before I can start making some room boxes. That’s great, Ian that you are willing to shrink those cards for me.

Yes, I think that is the only one of them that is out so far (it was advertised alongside one or two others).trick.refuse wrote:GubernatorFan wrote:All these bodies look rather similar to the new DID body, with the main difference is that unlike the Nova and like your two alternatives it has a rotation joint above the biceps, and unlike all three it has a slightly shorter upper leg. Stryker2011 wrote:I would avoid CooModel. Even their newer bodies aren’t really up to snuff, and they have a very odd very grey coloring. The DiD may not be very “tan”, so I would probably opt for one of the WB bodies. You’re choice, of course.
GubernatorFan wrote:I am not sure about CooModel bodies being gray, at least not all of them. But yes, they are cheaper in quality (and price) than World Box.
