Awesome job, Diana.

Thank you very much, Diana, very nicely done. I will look into integrating or linking this to the front page.

Thanks as well, Diana! I saved that to my computer. That said, did anyone else notice that there is an almost 2cm difference between the S43 (28.3cm) and S53 (26.5cm)? I have the S42, S52 and S53 and I can tell ya, that isn't anywhere close to true. Maybe a 0.2cm difference, but not that much. I wonder if they typo'd on it?

Thanks, extremely useful.

Wow thanks so much, MMI & Diana!
So S53 is shorter than S43. I thought 53 was the same specs as the Amazonian 43 except with removable-feet.

That was my biggest realization, too. Smile
It's 3mm shorter than the S17B and the S23B, which used to be the tallest amazons before the S43B came along.

Sooooo, about this...I am convinced that this is a typo on TBL's chart. The S42 (and family) and the S52 (and family) are the same height (albeit a slightly different sculpt at the neck). When they put these measurements out, I thought "that's wrong, I have both the 42 and 52 and I would have noticed that kind of difference."

Well, I finally got around to taking the photos to show what I mean. S42 is the censored one, S52 is the one in the white "one piece." There is no way there is a 2cm difference (maybe 2mm if you wanted to make a case).

Foot shot to show how they are positioned.

Now, if TBL wanted to make the 52 at the 26.5cm height, I would buy soooooo many of them...

Thanks for getting to the bottom of this. With so many bodies at play (or balls in the air), one can easily get lost in the variant details.

Oh no!! Bummer. In your shots the S52A actually looks TALLER than the S43B!
That's a shame. I'll correct the image asap.

Right??? I would have loved it at that height!

I would put them at the same height honestly. Angles are everything and I did not do a good job of making sure everything was perfect, just close enough. They were laying down too, which makes exact positioning a little difficult as well. In hand, they are the same, save some sculpting differences in the neck region.

I bought a TBLeague S38 because of the legs and hips. The waist I scarved, the large breasts cut off (will not be visible under her dress, long arms, short skir). Now I need to make the shouldes narrower (and maybe the arms slimmer). Any idea how to do it? Thanks.

What is the difference between these two buxom bodies? I need especially thigh circumference, waist, and shoulder size. Thank you.

S28-29 is medium breasted, less curvaceous, and a little taller (about 27.5 cm by my measurement, with head).
S38-39 is large breasted, more curvaceous, and a little shorter (about 27 cm by my measurement, with head).

Precise measurements for the S38-39 body can be found HERE.

I am looking for a non slender body and think that the TBL Phicen S23B (suntan) - the figure on the right - would be suitable if not too tall. What is its height? Thank you.TBLeague / Phicen Seamless Bodies with Steel Skeleton Catalog (updated continually) - Page 8 Tbleag10

"About 28.1 cm tall with head." It's listed in the catalog.

Thank you very much, GubernatorFan, that would be around 1.68 m in human size, perfect! What „catalog“ do you mean? Thanks in advance.

The first several posts of this thread are the catalog (well, technically the second and third, the first being an intro, and the fourth, etc, additional information).

The fault of TB league bodies is that all female bodies are "idealized" bodies, and unrealistic in proportion (waistlines and arms much too thin for example), and the men are all super muscular, even some too (it looks ugly), and also unrealistic in body, too perfect.
If I want to do actors or actresses, none of them have bodies like that.
It makes me think of the bodies of Barbie dolls, unrealistic bodies.
I bought the S34 and the S47 and S48. The most "realistic" are the S47 and S48.

I saw a video on You Tube where someone had reproduced the character of Jane Foster in the movie Thor, played by Natalie Portman. He complained about this too.
No body regains its silhouette: Hip too thin, pelvis too developed, arm too thin... (No woman has a body like that. This is an example, I could have cited anyone else .).
Normally she is 1m60 tall and taller.

This is not a fault. You just want alternate fugly bodies. No one is interested in it. If anything the bodies seem non-ideal in other ways...

No one wants beachblondbadbuiltbutchbodies. You have to try be less sneaky and present your opinion in an open minded way about additional bodies. Not try to downgrade the others into trash.

If anything the heads and faces need alterations. Many are too angular, and not youthful or have roundness.

You don't need to censor pics here. The admin is against censorship and it's just nudity which is G rated or less.

Correction: whatever the admin's personal feelings about censorship in general, I can very much assure you that he is for censorship of images that might compromise the forum with its hosting site, Forumotion. The basic rule of thumb is that images should be (non-nudist) beach appropriate and not overly explicit, because the forum is open access, even if it is not really intended for children. The forum's policies can be found HERE.
And the image you seem to refer to was made and censored by the admin.

I present my opinions as they are. I'm just saying that bodies are idealized and I don't think that insults anyone.
I may have expressed myself badly, English is not my language.

For example a French actor, Jean Reno.

He's not super muscular though and he's virile. If I wish to represent him, I would not find a TB League body that would satisfy me.

Often my creations freely represent film or animation characters, because I would not find all the pieces to create them.

I'll chime in to add that the notion of "idealistic" is highly subjective.
Perhaps many TBL bodies look like "top models", but this in itself does not make them unrealistic.
It would definitely be great to have more options to choose from, including non-bodybuilder male bodies and more variety of chest sizes for females.
But hey, look at 1/12 scale - only four seamless female body styles, and one of them with exaggerated animated proportions. Sixth scale has quite a lot of variety compared to that Smile

French

French
For women's chests in 1/6, there are three types classified by TB league as "Small", "medium" and "large". Except if it was on a real woman, it would be "normal", "large" and “huge”.
S36/S37 and S40/S41 bodies are unrealistic.

These are “manga” bodies.

Not the best comparison since the S36/S37 and S40/S41 were advertised as such. And by that I mean "anime" styled bodies.

I agree there are many realistic bodies. Just mostly ideal ones.
But I also agree that of course there are many body types - the most common ones - missing. There is just no body that serves as a good replacement for Gal Godot's Wonder Woman for example. Hot Toys did a really good job on sculpting that (though not on the articulation). It would be great to have more average options with wider waists, which the S29B comes pretty close to. It is still among my favourites.

French

French
I don't know all the bodies, and it's true that from what I was able to see, it is the most realistic
