My hero and villain are sisters. They are a kitbash I did with headsculpts from Lucifer Elf Queen Emma and Lucifer Demon Dark Elf Exiled. I prefer real cloth and metal over the rubber and plastic costumes the full sets wear...

I learned a trick from Youtube. Use an old toothbrush, wet it, and brush.  I just used water, but the guy on Youtube used a solotion of water, and I think fabric softener.  I'm thinking water and hair conditioner would also work. I used for the first time last night. I will be using it always, now.

Nice use of the brown crumpled paper technique. The pics look amazing!

I love the brown crumpled paper as a backdrop, and it's surprising how easy it is to do! Here is what I came up with and a few behind the scenes too . Now, in my opinion. the older and more crumpled the brown paper, the better. My advice, when not in use, keep the brown paper balled up in a tight ball.

Behind the scenes. I use a black sheet pinned to a board, using drawing pins. I used the same drawing pins to hold the brown paper in place, As I draped the paper i created creases to hide the pins .



Then I added some plastic plants,

Missed a bunch. Funny stuff about the “Passes”. I never would have though of the crumpled paper effect — seeing rocks like that always makes me think of old TV shows.
