Finally a male body (M33).
I can't put a head on it yet, the socket is too small, needs some heat and/or dremelling.

Sideshow Collectibles - David (The Lost Boys) 1/6 scale figure.

Arrived today. Great looking figure!
Another figure to add to the horror themed line up.

The out of-the-box-photo's were taken using a mix of room light and bedside lampshade light.

First impressions:
The weathered/aged box looks great!
On opening the box, i thought David's portrait looked on the small side.
In the 6hrs i have owned the figure, i guess the small portrait works well.
It has to be said, the portrait likeness looks excellent.
There is 2nd swap-out portrait that looks more Vampire. I prefer the normal portrait.
The jacket/coat fabric feels nice. The black trousers/pants are possibly pleather?
The spurs on the boots are made from actual metal which adds to quality.
The figure ships with a bottle, and a number of switch-out hands.
The base is typical Sideshow plain black. It does the job. The figure stands up well enough without a base.

Is it the inner plastic/rubber socket that's too small Vis? If so you can usually pop them out with some pillars, then heat it up (In very hot water), then pop it on the neck ball then pop the head back on Very Happy .

Sideshow are improving. Unlike Hot Toys, the hands are easy to swap-out.
The swap-out portrait took some effort to pull off.
I think Sideshow could improve the plastic bodies they use, as Hot Toys are still the best.

I must admit, I haven't bought a sideshow figure in a long time, could you swap the body for a worldbox?

I have not seen a 'male' Worldbox body in person, so i cannot comment on that.

I've actually bought quite a few of them now, as they come in a variety of body shapes, and I have to say, for a jointed body, they're probably the best on the market, but that's just my opinion. I remember my friend MiskatonicNick would often swap out themed figure bodies for worldbox ones.

David (The Lost Boys) looks like a narrow body, and quite tall.
I own one 'female' Worldbox body, and the quality is excellent.

I used the Worldbox AT203P for: Project - Smokin Nun
https://onesixthfigures.forumotion.com/t7824-project-smokin-nun

The legs on the Worldbox AT203P are the type of legs Hot Toys should have used for their original Harley Quinn with baseball bat. That figure featured weird knees and over thick legs (what were Hot Toys thinking?).

Yes. Thanks for the suggestion. I was able to put the head on after pouring some hot water into the socket. Pulling it off was really hard too.
I don't think I'll be able to remove the socket, it'll probably disintegrate before coming off.

@BAMComix Looks good. I have not watch Fury.
I did not pick up on the Brad Pitt from the get go.
Having Google'd Don Collier / Fury, i see more of a likeness.
Compared to your 1/6 portrait, i think Pitt has a smaller more pointy nose. The hair style and eye's look good.
