These two fellows arrived today:

Mirror Sulu (He's absolutely fantastic!) Nanjin and his team have done an amazing job with these Star Trek figures.




And Commander Saru (Star Trek: Discovery; never saw the show, but unique aliens are always welcome -- he may just make a surprise visit to Jabba's palace).

Sulu's great. "Oh my..." lol

The details on Saru's uni look amazing especially those teeny-tiny gold delta pattern!
I hope you can pose Saru with a 12" figure for height comparison, do you have Hot Toys Abe Sapien?

Hot Toys Alita: Battle Angel - Alita MMS520

Someway, somehow i knew i wanted an Alita: Battle Angel in the collection. I very nearly pre_ordered the Prime 1
1/4 statue, and pass for various reasons. The Queen Studio's 1/1 bust was never an option. Prime 1 Studio's 2nd
offering, Berserker Motorball Tryout, ticked all the right boxes bar two. Too large, too expensive.

In the end, the figure by Hot Toys was the ideal solution. Sold Out at Sideshow Collectibles, over priced on Ebay.
Toys Wonderland saved the day, as they have/had a few remaining in stock for a normal price.

The figure arrived today. I took some shots. Alita amounts to amazing 1/6th scale piece. The base looks rather good.
The plan is to display Alita with all her silver and purple cyborg elements on display. Hot Toys do include the option
to cover up Alita's cyborg elements with a black outfit and boots.

Other than the head rotating, there appears to be little (none) in the way of neck articulation.
I think it is possible to move Alita's eyes, but i have yet to look into that.

Three areas i would to see change should you decide to re_offer Alita in the future:

1. Use real hair
2. Use die-cast body
3. Use silicone rather than plastic for the cyborg skin neck area + include some articulation.

I have the HT Alita, and it actually has excellent articulation. Here’s a crappy pic I took with my iPad. (Hopefully you didn’t get one of those bootlegs).

Looks too good to be a bootleg (i never knew there was a bootleg?)
While there is a ton of articulation, neck appears not to move due to the design in how the neck is part of the upper body. The head rotates fine.

Yeah, there have been knock-offs (that actually look pretty good, but with some subtle differences) of many HT products over the years. The neck not moving is pretty much a trade off with most figures with a separate head -- the males are a lot more noticeable when the "Adam's Apple" stays in the same spot when the head is turned. That doesn't bother nearly as much as sculpted long hair that prevents the head from turning at all.

no, this this one came from Farmingville, New York and was packaged in a brown box and was secured with bubble wrap and packaging paper.

It appears that DFC's auctions are now over with.

no I don't think this one came from DFC’s collection. I've only seen one BBI Cy-Girls Aurora come up on littlemarz auction twice, my original eBay purchase for $82.00 and her second relisting for $76.00 for a damaged box and figures. (Mind Blown)

My first initial reaction when I first seen the price of $129.00 or Best offer for her was yep he's probably a scalper.
So just for the heck of it I made an offer of $90.00 for her fully expecting to be turned down but to my huge surprise he accepted it. (WHAT!!!)

I just picked these up from Target. It's the New 12" Black Panther Wakanda Forever Fierce Collection.
They Cost $49.99 each. These are all that I saw. If there is one with Shuri as the Black Panther, I didn't see it at all. Please enjoy the pictures.
