There has been mail from an online shop for some Barbara M. Roberts*
of course no one wants to claim responsibility for the order…
No Barbara in the house and just two girls whose name starts with a B.
With Berenike Magdalena we at least have a match for the initials.
oho - Christmas favourites! Socks in various sizes, along with a catalogue of the shop‘s selection
Given her big feet Berenike choses one of the bigger models based on the description in the catalogue
quite a nice idea… I hardly have any socks and they come handy for living room or fireplace scenes.
* for those of you who do not know: Barbara Millicent Roberts is Barbie‘s correct name.

Today’s glittering present drew Jette to the GLOSS. She hoped for some shiny extravaganza inside.

the silver stripes match her trousers but I guess, she will only wear this outside when walking the dog in the dark… or deposit it in the car…

what wonderful new gifts. The warm socks and sweaters are small works of art. The small decorative trees are so filigree, I just love all of them! Ah, the cats! Just climb on it everywhere

We thought that the classy looking number 17 should be nice for her...
A brief moment of anxiety: could the contents had been forgotten?? but no, the little decorative tree had just been pressed flat into a corner...
(I assume this is one of the little extra presents that 6 people are providing.)

I really do love Kiki in this little outfit. The dress was made by a fellow collector, the hat and bag are Fashion Royalty, Blouse and Boots are Nouveau Toys, necklace by myself.
Will be hard to redress her. Even though I have loads of clothes for my fashion dolls, they usually are stuck for years in the very same outfit when I love a look on them.
Dressing options for my action figures are much more limited, though. I really need some more trousers and skirts

Poor Finn, I'm glad you got him some liquid courage. Love the dog (which I notice for the first time) and the tiny game, of course. I remember playing it as a kid, but I think the layout was a little different. Excellent installment.

Thank you! yes, Parcheesi was another result when I searched for the English word for the game (but this Indian Original was supposed to be slightly different? No idea.)
