A80161 WWII US 101st Airborne Division Ryan 2.0 (Standard Edition)

Brief Introduction
Still remember the A80097/A80097S, Ryan that released in 2014? For those who have missed out of him, DID releases 1/6 WWII US 101st Airborne Division Ryan 2.0. There is the Standard Edition (A80161) and the Deluxe Edition (A80161S).

The 101st Air Assault Division, reorganized from the original 101st Airborne Division, was an elite air assault unit of the U.S. Army. The 101st Division was first constituted as an airborne unit in WWII and integrated into the airmobile division in the Vietnam War. Then it was established as the Air Assault Division, using helicopters to conduct air assault and rapid advance.

The headsculpt of Ryan is super realistic with expression. And He looks serious with deep frown.

Ryan is equipped with full set of standard configuration of WWII 101st Airborne Division. He wears M42 paratrooper uniform and trousers with MC1 helmet on his head and the jump boots on his feet. M1936 pistol belt and X straps are in use. On his right arm, it is the US Army 101st Airborne Division Patch. It is noteworthy that MC1 helmet is equipped with a leather chin pad, which effectively enhance the solidity of the helmet to avoid accidental impact trauma during airborne operations. The jump boots are made of genuine leather and have a very good texture.

Ryan carries the M1 Garand rifle, which was the primary weapon of the U.S. infantry during WWII. It was recognized as the best rifle of the Second World War since it is reliable, accurate and easy to disassemble and clean. In addition, Ryan also comes with a bayonet and an M3 fighting knife, both of which are portable and easy to attack the enemy. Coupled with two grenades, Ryan has a powerful combat capability.

A metal Bazooka with two shells, a simple but powerful anti-tank M7 grenade launcher, a powerful M9A1 rifle grenade and a flashlight that can be turned on and and exchangeable with different color lens. The M7 rifle grenade launcher can be mounted to the M1 Garand rifle and fires the M9A1 rifle grenade, In that way, the range can be greatly increased.

Brief Introduction
DID especially releases the E60066 1/6 MG34 Accessory kit. It contains tons of the MG34 tools and accessories.

In the tools section, there is an anti-aircraft spider sight that can be used with MG34, the MG Lafette wrench for tripod adjustment, a double-side wrench for maintenance, a bolt and an oil can for lubrication and cleaning. What’s more, a sulphur container for storing sulphur powder as a lubrication additive, a broken burst case extractor and a broken shell extractor for removing residual cartridges are also included.

Brief Introduction
To enrich the fun and variety of the WWII dioramas, DID especially brings you the 1/6 WWII Stove Diorama Set. It contains a base part, tools, daily necessities and food.

The base part is a house wall built on a rough floor, with a fire burning in a metal german trench stove. German trench stove was used to cook or keep warm by german troops on the bunker during WWII. German mess tin can be placed on the stove or hung over the side of the stove to heat the food. A lot of daily used items have been included to accompany with the stove, such as metal mess tin with food, coffee pot and mug, metal knife and fork, axe (wood and metal) and tree stump, tree trunk and firewood. It is noteworthy that when you put the firewood on the fire, the fire will be lighted up automatically. There is snow and a piece of red checkered cloth as well. You can create a realistic diorama of cooking, heating or even fighting with your troops.

Now we have stove and mess tin, how can we go without food? To make the diorama more realistic, we prepared a variety of food in this set: two potatoes, two eggs, two slices of bread, half and two slices of ham sausage and an apple. Brief Introduction
The fighting on the Eastern Front of WWII was the largest military confrontation in history. The battle in Eastern Front was a decisive factor in the direction of WWII, and serving as the main reason for the defeat of Germany.In the early stages of the war, the German army sent their main forces to the Eastern Front in an attempt to invade and occupy the Soviet Union, but as the war progressed and the Battle of Stalingrad broke out, the Soviet-German war began to take the major turn and the Soviet Union began its counter-offensive.

DID proudly presents the long-awaited WWII German WH infantry Oberleutnant, Winter! The headsculpt is super realistic, with deep eyes reveal a determined gaze. And there are two moles on each side of the lips, which are highly distinguishable.

Winter wears the WWII German officer uniform and breeches, with a white service shirt inside and a brand-new M36 greatcoat on top. He can wear helmet or the M34 field cap. The light brown scarf and grey toque are the neckwear. The grey toque can cover the head to keep warm. The all genuine-leather jackboots are on his feet.

Winter is not only equipped with a P38 pistol, but also a MP40 submachine gun. MP40 submachine is compact, great firepower and has a high accuracy at effective range. There is also a new metal German panzerfaust, simple structure but the power beyond almost all handheld weapons. What’s more, there is also a metal boot knife and a M24 hand grenade(wood-and-metal) for him. What a complete set for Winter!

In addition to the basic accessories such as bread bag and canteen, Winter is also equipped with binoculars, a metal gas mask canister, a compass, a whistle, a map and two cigarettes. Brief Introduction
Glad to let you know that a new member of WWII German Africa Corps is coming. Let’s welcome the MG34 Gunner, Bialas! You can see his eyes are full of anger, as if a raging fire is lit up. His nose is flaring and mouth is tightly closed. It looks like he wouldn’t stop until all the enemies are annihilated.

He is in an all new DID 1:6 advanced body (Slim Short Ver.), featuring the same slimness and highly articulation as slim version but 1 cm shorter. More than 40 joints allow it to pose more naturally and flexibly in a variety of different ways.

Same as other members of Africa Corps team, the outfits for Bialas is very “tropical”. DAK tropical field cap or M35 DAK desert-tan helmet shows up on his head depends on different situation. Pullover shirt, M40 tunic and trousers are tied up within the canvas belt. The partial genuine-leather DAK tropical low boots are on his feet.

The MG34 machine gun is a German innovative weapon to get around restrictions imposed by Treaty of Versailles. It is extremely powerful, well designed and has excellent performance. And it can be used either as a light machine gun with a bipod or as a heavy machine gun with a tripod. The MG34 machine gun for Bialas is made of all metal and with a 6-round bullets chain and a drum magazine. In addition, Bialas is also equipped with a P38 pistol (with movable slide and detachable clip) and a real-leather holster. A metal bayonet with scabbard and a wood-and-metal M24 grenade are also prepared for him as well. Bialas is richly armed and extremely powerful in combat.

Various and practical accessories are necessary for Bialas. Sweat rag tan and goggles are used to protect against sandstorms. A real-leather MG34/42 tool pouch is with large storage capacity. He is also equipped with a multi-functional shovel, a slightly-weathered gas mask canister, coconut canteen, mess tin, bread bag and cigarette.

A breast eagle and black wound badge on the the gunner’s chest. A german DAK sleeve ranking on his left upper arm. All accessories are beautifully made and you should not miss!

B11013 – WWI British Infantry Lance Corporal Tom

Brief Introduction
Archduke and Grand Duke Ferdinand, heirs to the Austro-Hungarian throne, and his wife, were assassinated on June 28 1914 by Bosnian Serb student, which led to Austria-Hungary declaring war on Serbia and the start of World War I. The Great war, in which 65 million people fought, 20 million were wounded, and more than 16 million died, was one of the most devastating wars in European history. It was not until November 1918, when Germany declared its surrender, that World War I came to an end.

After Lance Corporal William and Colonel Mackenzie, DID brings you a new member of WWI British army—WWI British Infantry Lance Corporal Tom.

Tom has a vivid and realistic headsculpt. He is frowning with open mouth and teeth. His eyes are full of anger, as if he would kill all his enemies at next moment.

Tom wears typical outfits of WWI British army, with MK1 Brodie helmet on the head, gray back shirt, brown uniform, trousers, jerkin and military cape on the body, and puttees and real-leather boots on the feet. There is even a mid-sleeve cotton one-piece suit to shape him better. The helmet inner liner is made of genuine leather and a metal badge is also on the helmet. The real-leather just makes the jerkin soft and comfortable. The military cape can be folded and secured by two straps. All outfits are beautifully-made and can be used in different scenarios.

Tom is equipped with an ALL NEW short magazine Lee-Enfield rifle. We recreated the rifle from the ground up to greatly improve the shape, structure and moving parts! The Lee-Enfield rifle demonstrated a strong combat capability during WWI. It is of great firepower, fast rate, long range and high accuracy. The 1907 pattern S.M.L.E bayonet can be connected to the rifle for attack. A flare pistol is included for communication.

There are loads of basic accessories like canteen, mess tin and haversack for Tom. Meanwhile, practical tools, such as the smoke PH Hood/P helmet, small box respirator, trench torch, marching compass and entrenching tool are also included. The compass case, entrenching tool carrier, canteen carrier and ammo pouches are made of genuine leather. All the accessories are carried on the real-leather P14 belt and shoulder straps. With such rich and various accessories, you could apply them in different scenarios as you wish and can even create a scene with Lance Corporal William and Colonel Mackenzie.

Brief Introduction
Long time no see, 1/6 US Rangers! Glad to let you know that there will be a new member for the team – Private Mellish. He has a mature face with cold eyes. And he is brave and always ready to shoot towards any enemies.

Private Mellish wears typical outfits of WWII US 2nd Ranger Battalion, including HBT jacket, HBT pants and M41 Field jacket. The materials of HBT uniform are soft and unique as before. With the Ranger assault vest, Private Mellish looks more handsome and vivid. The M1 helmet is used to protect him, and real-leather boots are lightweight and comfortable for walking.

Private Mellish is equipped with a M1 Garand rifle. The M1 Garand rifle was the primary weapon of the U.S infantry during World War II. It was recognized as the best rifle of the Second World War since it was reliable, accurate and easy to disassemble and clean. He also comes with a bayonet and a dagger, both of which are easy to carry and attack the enemy. BTW, there are two M24 grenades for him to use as well.

What’s more, many beautifully-made accessories are also included in this release, such as a multi-functional shovel, an easy-carried M1910 canteen, TWO delicate 6-pocket bandoleers, a watch and a Star of David dog tag etc.

Great news for the collectors of WWII German soldiers. The WWII German Africa Corps can team up now. Let’s welcome the infantryman Burk.

He looks tense and serious. You can see he is watching you with a frown and full of sincerity in his eyes. Stubbles is on his square face.

All-new DID 1/6 Advanced Body (Slim version) is applied on him. With over 40 articulations on the new body make it highly posable in more natural ways.

Same with his Captain Wilhem, the outfits for him is very “tropical”. M35 Desert-tan helmet and pith helmet are exchangeable. Pullover shirt and M40 tunic are on with brown overcoat on top. Oliver green trousers cover the thigh and legs. Low boots are on the feet. Sweat rag tan and goggles are used to protect against sandstorms.

He is carrying a M31 A-frame with bag on the back and equipped with shovel, gas mask canister, mess tin and two canteens as well. Weathering is on the canister, mess tin and two canteens. And the canister and mess tin are made of metal. The daimon flashlight is hanging over the chest. M31 gas mask cape bag and bread bag are also included.

K98 rifle could be wrapped in the action cover and the bayonet could be attached on the K98. Also there are two M24 grenades for him.

Hans-Joachim Marseille was a German Luftwaffe flying ace during World War II in North Africa. He was one of the most successful fighter pilots, took down 158 planes during his entire combat career, made him nicknamed as “Star of Africa”.

Brief Introduction
We are glad to let you know that the WWII German U-boat crew is back. Let’s welcome the third member Erwin.

Erwin was enrolled and assigned and trained for specific career. On completion of the training, he was issued different career insignias and rate badges.

Wearing the typical sailor cap and blue jump shirt, Erwin sometimes was on watch, sometimes waved the signal flags, and sometimes was on mission to shoot with the AA gun on the deck.

Several years later, the seaman has been promoted as the Obermaat. He held the anemometer to test the wind on the deck, wearing Kriegsmarine pea coat and U-boat side cap.

The North Atlantic Ocean is cold and windy in winter. Erwin would wear the grey leather deck jacket and pants to keep warm, with the life vest on the top.

Kriegsmarine headset C37e was used to protect the ears from frozen. Or he directly wore woolen hat to cover the ears. Goggles were on as well, especially on the windy day.

Brief Introduction
It’s been 9 years since DAK NCO Luca released. Now WWII DAK is finally back. Welcome Wilhelm, the WW2 German Afrika Korps Infantry Captain.

The super realistic head sculpt with a crafty smily face, you could even see the victory from his eyes.

As the German expeditionary force in Africa, Afrika Korps has its own “tropical” features on the outfits due to the hot weather in Africa. Wilhelm wore the German tropical shirt and breeches, with a M40 tunic on top. To protect against sandstorms, Wilhelm was commonly seen wearing motorcyclist waterproof cotton coat, goggles, tropical high boots and field cap.

The captain was rewarded the Italo-German Campaign Medal in Africa. Map, binocular, German compass and pencil were necessary for the infantry captain to make war plans. Also MP40 and P38 were included for him to fight!

After waiting for half year, the WWI British Army can be teamed up now. Welcome the WWI British Officer – Colonel Mackenzie.

Wearing either the WWI British officer visor cap or Brodie helmet, Colonel Mackenzie is well dressed in highly-detailed khaki officer uniform and breeches. A beige trench overcoat just cover on top and his feet was wrapped by the beautifully made genuine-leather officer boots. He looks strict and a scar just crosses his left eye.

He is equipped with officer’s sword and Webley Mk VI revolver. The sword guard is beautifully carved. And there is a bayonet with scabbard for the revolver.

The shoulder straps, belt, binoculars case, compass case, ammo pouch, holster, sword hanger and canteen carrier are all made of genuine leather.

Brief Introduction
The US Rangers Series have been through a long journey. Now here comes the fifth member, Sergeant Horvath, who is the most reliable and trust-worthy friend of Captain Miller.

Just like other members of the US Rangers, he wears green shirt and HBT pants, but with US tanker jacket on top. Cotton underclothes is specially tailored for him to make him looks strong.

Besides the M1 Carbine and M1911 pistol, he also carry the powerful bangalore torpedo, the explosive charge which is used by combat engineers to clear obstacles.

Brief Introduction
U-Boat was a very powerful German submarine during the WWII. It operated in groups and attacked the merchant ships and convoys. By March 1943, German succeed in cutting the Britain’s Atlantic lifeline by using the wolf pack tactics.

Johann is the U-Boat Stabsober Mechaniker, who is responsible for the maintenance of the U-Boat’s machineries, which included the engines, motors, batteries, and other mechanical systems. He has a slim face but his eyes are bright and piercing. He usually wears the plaid shirt and blue sweater when he is on mission in the U-Boat.

To keep warm, he is in the foul weathered U-Boat deck jacket and pants with black life jacket on top when he is on board controlling the morse lamp. U-Boat side cap is on his head at that moment.Of course, he looks great when in German Kriegsmarine officer uniform and officer’s visor cap.

All the outfits are with good cutting and just fit perfectly. The U-Boat deck jacket and pants are made of genuine leather. Insignias for German Kriegsmarine Stabsbootsmann are included for Johann as well. You could switch the one of Stabsober Mechaniker on the straps.

Brief Introduction
The Luftwaffe was the aerial warfare branch of the Wehrmacht during World War II. And it had become one of the most sophisticated, technologically advanced, and battle-experienced air forces in the world when World War II broke out in 1939. Willi is a Captain of the German Luftwaffe.
