Captain Jean-Luc Picard of the Starship Enterprise-D faced his most difficult challenge after he was assimilated by the Borg. This was a major turning point in Picard’s life, leaving him feeling responsible for the 11,000 casualties at the battle of Wolf 359 and the destruction of 39 Federation ships. This battle even had lasting effects on other characters, as Deep Space Nine’s Benjamin Sisko blamed Picard for the death of his wife during the battle.

This one sixth scale museum grade figure re-creates the remorseless Borg from the classic Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “Best of Both Worlds, Part II” in exquisite detail. Standing approximately 12 inches tall, every element is reproduced as accurately as possible. The original portrait sculpt of Patrick Stewart reflects the stoic Borg expression and has a battery-operated red LED light in his head to simulate the Borg laser (not available in Australia, requires two (2) AG10/LR1130 cell batteries not included).



THE EXO-6 LOCUTUS 1:6 SCALE ARTICULATED FIGURE INCLUDES:

A mechanical appendage with articulated hooks and levers terminates his right arm. An additional grasping left hand is also included.
Realistic Portrait: Locutus’s emotionless expression shows no feeling for his fellows in Starfleet. Lovingly rendered by a top artist, this excellent likeness of Patrick Stewart as Locutus is specially hand-painted. Locutus’s laser is simulated by a red LED light in the head (Requires two (2) AG10/LR1130 cell batteries-not included).
Costume: The spokesman for the Borg wears a black body suit styled after the original costume. Over 30 armor pieces are attached, and specially designed tubing snakes around the entire body.

EXO-6 expands their line into the earliest space travelers from the Star Trek franchise – the crew of the NX-01, the first starship to be christened “Enterprise.”

Before the Federation, the Prime Directive, or a reliable transporter the NX-01 boldly went where humans had never gone before. Selected to captain that Enterprise was the space pioneer, Jonathan Archer. Accompanied by his faithful beagle, Porthos, Archer led the Enterprise crew in meeting Klingons, Andorians and other aliens for the first time. Played by Quantum Leap Alumnus Scott Bakula, Archer was a little rough around the edges compared to other Star Trek captains. Enterprise lasted four seasons and many feel it was just hitting it’s stride when it was cancelled.

This 1:6-scale figure of Captain Archer re-creates this iconic character in exquisite 1:6 detail. Standing approximately 12 inches tall, he wears the standard blue Starfleet jumpsuit with the NX-01 patch on the shoulder. EXO-6 presents everyone’s favorite Kelpien from Star Trek: Discovery, Commander Saru. Rescued from a pre-warp civilization by Captain Phillipa Georgiou, he’s the only Kelpien in Starfleet and becomes Discovery’s First Officer after Michael Burnham is sent away for mutiny.

Behind the extensive make-up and stilt shoes of Saru is the versatile performer, Doug Jones – known for his many roles as aliens and misunderstood monsters.

This 1:6-scale figure presents Saru from Season 2 in exquisite 1:6 detail. Scaled to fit in with Michael Burnham, he stands approximately 13.75 inches tall. He has the uniquely shaped footwear required for his alien anatomy and wears the Starfleet Command duty uniform, each element of the outfit is meticulously researched and reproduced in scale. EXO-6’s next release from Star Trek: Voyager is former Borg drone Seven of Nine, Tertiary Adjunct of Unimatrix 01; a human previously known as Annika Hansen until she was assimilated by the Borg Collective at the age of 6.


Seven of Nine became a foil for Captain Janeway, providing an alien perspective on the human condition, much like Spock or Data in previous Star Trek incarnations. Just like those characters Seven became hugely popular, no doubt due in some part to the casting of Jeri Ryan as the naïve but alluring cyborg.


Seven went from trying to assimilate the crew to becoming a member of the crew and was instrumental in helping find a way back to Earth.


This 1:6-scale figure re-creates this iconic character in exquisite 1:6 detail. Standing approximately 11.5 inches tall, every element, from her purple cat suit and matching holsters for phaser and tricorder to the Borg implants, is authentically reproduced. The original portrait sculpt of Jeri Ryan has an authentic, hand-painted likeness.


Seven of Nine is the first use of the originally designed EXO-6 female body, specifically created for this character. This perfectly proportioned articulated body has been 3 years in the making. Going forward EXO-6 will be using a variation of this design for future female characters where appropriate.

It’s a time of DISCOVERY for EXO-6, with the first release from Star Trek’s newer shows. Michael Burnham’s career was a rollercoaster from First Officer to prisoner to Commander in a very short time. Commander Burnham’s release celebrates the 5th Anniversary of Star Trek: Discovery.

Always dedicated to Starfleet, Michael was reinstated to Commander at the end of the first season of Star Trek: Discovery. This 1:6-scale figure re-creates the character in detail. Standing 11.25 inches tall, she wears the standard duty uniform of the Discovery crew with silver detailing throughout. She is equipped with the latest in Starfleet technology with complex and detailed accessories that were created using the actual assets used to create the props for the show. EXO-6’s continues the crew from Star Trek: Voyager with Lt. Commander Tuvok, Captain Janeway’s chief security officer during their prolonged voyage through the Delta Quadrant. A Vulcan who had served with Captain Sulu early in his career, Tuvok had infiltrated the rebel Maquis when the two groups were thrust together by Voyager’s exile far from home.

Played by Tim Russ, Tuvok became Janeway’s confident and close friend and was a constant foil for the over-enthusiastic Neelix. As a former Starfleet Academy instructor, he was a mature and calming presence for the Voyager crew.

In the Star Trek: The Original Series “Mirror, Mirror” episode some members of the Enterprise crew are transported to a parallel dimension where the benevolent Federation never existed and instead the morally corrupt Terran Empire reigns. Star Trek has revisited this universe in various shows, with some of the most popular characters coming from this world.

EXO-6 is releasing the second figure in the Mirror Universe line with Security Chief Sulu, the scarred and very evil double of the Enterprise’s Lieutenant Sulu. This Sulu is ambitious, homicidal and a sexual predator that will do anything to become captain.

George Takei had a large scar on his face for this portrayal and had fun with the sly, evil grins. EXO-6 has recreated this look in detail for this 1:6 scale museum quality action figure. Sulu has everything a good Starfleet officer needs for an away mission:

Phasers Type I & Type II: The pistol-grip type II phaser is the weapon of choice for any landing party expecting hostile aliens. The smaller Type I phaser can be removed and used separately. Both have magnets allowing them to be worn directly on the pants as they were in the 3rd season.

Communicator: This accurately styled communicator features a real metal flip-up antenna. Includes a magnet so it can attach to the pants.

Tricorder: This replica rotates open at the top and has an opening front door. Sulu can wear the tricorder over his shoulder with the leather-like strap.

Each figure comes with multiple hands for various Trek-like activities:

The Quantum Mechanix Master Series articulated figure line for Star Trek: The Original Series (TOS) adds another original bridge crew member with the Enterprise's engineering “miracle worker”, Lt. Commander Montgomery Scott.

More commonly known as “Scotty,” Lt. Commander Scott was the chief engineer for the starship Enterprise's five-year mission. This sixth scale figure re-creates this iconic character in exquisite detail. Standing approximately 12 inches tall, every element, from his 23rd-century tunic to his custom black boots, is authentically reproduced. The original portrait sculpt of James Doohan as Scotty has an authentic, hand-painted likeness.

A little-known fact is that the actor, James Doohan, served in the Canadian military during WWII and lost a finger off his right hand. Technically the character didn’t have a missing finger, and it was mostly hidden on the show. To honor the actor, we’ve included one hand that shows the loss of a digit.

While waiting for QMX to get around to following up their stellar series of Firefly and Star Trek captains and crew (Mal Reynolds, James Tiberius Kirk, Jean-Luc Picard, Spock, McCoy) by releasing the new Kirk, I couldn't help but kitbash my own.

Most of the outfit is from the 12" Playmates Star Trek Command Series Kirk (partly modified), on a new body, with a new black undershirt, and new boots. The head is new too, partly repainted (eyes, sideburns, eyebrows, hair). It was ironic that I darkened the hair to make it look more like Chris Pine, but then had to lighten it up with highlights to approximate his appearance in the films (the hair sculpt is not quite exact but I wasn't going to recarve it).

Here are a few photos of the custom/kitbashed Kirk, with the other Star Trek characters produced by QMX (except for George Hamilton).
